You will receive a confirmation SMS the day before your appointment.
It is requested that you reply ‘yes’ to this SMS to confirm your appointment. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact us to cancel or reschedule.
To cancel or reschedule your appointment without incurring a fee, you need to give us a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. This allows us the opportunity to try to fill your appointment from our internal waitlist. If we are notified with less than 24 hours’ notice or you do not attend your appointment, you will be charged a full cancellation fee.
Please note that we utilise an online payment system and we require payment to be available on your designated card before your appointment. We will be in contact if we attempt to take payment and there are insufficient funds.
If we do not receive payment within 6 weeks of providing the service or late cancellation, we will pass along the invoice to a recovery agency. In doing so, you will be required to pay all costs incurred by Therapy Online in the recovery of any monies owed under this Agreement.
